Complaints

The MER Consortium is committed to ensuring that students have the opportunity to raise complaints without risk of disadvantage or recrimination. The Joint Programme Board (JPB) is responsible of resolving student complaints in consultation with the relevant Party.

Procedure

Students will send a signed letter by email with all relevant information to the Chair of the University Academic Board (UAB) of the university in which the students want to present the complaint; who is the JPB representative of this university.

The MER Consortium JPB will be then informed and will always answer the student after consultation with the relevant Parties mentioned in the written complaint.

The complaint should be submitted within 30 days of when the event/issue occurred
